After a successful inaugural tournament in 2019, like many organizations, the Southaven Leadership Foundation weathered the storm during the Covid-19 pandemic and is excited to return with its 2022 Scholarship Golf Tournament.  The tournament will be held on Friday, June 24, 2022, at Timber Truss Golf Course, 9425 Plantation Rd., Olive Branch, MS 38654.

 

The tournament goal is to raise a minimum of $20,000 in scholarship funds for participants in our mentoring program, which focuses on grades 9-12, while simultaneously increasing engagement in Southaven and other DeSoto County communities with aligning needs. 

 

The tournament features a 4-person scramble format with awards including Lowest Gross Score, Closest to the Pin, and the ever popular and hilarious “DEAD LAST” award. This makes for an extremely enjoyable day for both duffers and low handicappers.  The entry fee for the tournament is $100 per individual, or $400 per team.
